Terms & Conditions

Travel Agreement

The contractual relationship is established with "Soul Wave" (Sidi Kaouki Surfstation). The person completing the booking form is obligated to carefully read and accept all booking conditions. In the case of group bookings, the group representative assumes full responsibility for accepting and signing the contract on behalf of the entire group, including the responsibility for the total holiday costs. No contractual obligation exists between Wave Soul and the guest until the booking form is fully completed and submitted. The discretion to reject or confirm a booking without further justification is reserved. Any errors or discrepancies regarding booking costs should be communicated in advance.


All prices indicated on the website are in euros. Wave Soul reserves the right to adjust the travel price due to fluctuations in exchange rates, administrative changes, or alterations in insurance and security fees related to the booked trip. Once a booking is confirmed, retroactive discounts are not possible. Wave Soul serves as an intermediary for individual services, such as hotel transfers, with no assumed liability for these services.

Booking with Third-party Suppliers

 - This Platform offers individual travel components and services separately,. The terms and conditions of third-party suppliers apply, and clients are responsible for thoroughly reading and understanding them. In cases of conflicting terms, those provided by the service provider take precedence.

Booking Terms and Communication

Booking Terms define the agreement between the customer and Wave Soul for travel itineraries booked through the platform. The party leader, aged 18 or older, must confirm the booking and communicate via email. Wave Soul acts as an agent for suppliers, passing on additional costs imposed by suppliers according to their terms and conditions.

Special Requests

Special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, room locations) should be communicated at the time of booking. While efforts are made to fulfill requests, they are subject to availability, and confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment.

Physical Constitution

Any medical problems or disabilities affecting the booking must be disclosed at the time of booking. If the supplier(s) cannot accommodate specific needs, Wave Soul reserves the right to decline or cancel the reservation.

Changes and Cancellations

Amendments to a confirmed booking must be communicated as soon as possible. Associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cancellation charges are specified based on the timeframes provided, such as:

  • Cancellation over 30 days before departure: Loss of 50% of the holiday cost (deposit).

  • Cancellation 30 to 8 days before departure: Loss of 75% of the holiday cost.

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: Loss of 100% of the holiday cost.

  • No-show (not present at the day of arrival): Loss of 100% of the holiday cost.

Supplier Changes and Cancellations

Wave Soul will communicate any changes or cancellations made by suppliers to the customer, along with any compensation offered. Wave Soul accepts no liability for changes made by suppliers.

Force Majeure

No liability or compensation is accepted for circumstances beyond control, including third parties, suppliers, or instances of "force majeure."


Customers are responsible for any damage or loss caused by them or their party during the stay. Suppliers reserve the right to terminate stays/transfers due to misconduct without refunds.

Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

It is the party leader's responsibility to ensure all members have necessary travel documents. Costs incurred for obtaining documentation must be paid by the customer.

Availability of Accommodation

. Please be aware that we cannot always guarantee the availability of the exact booked accommodation. In the event that the reserved accommodation is unavailable for any reason, we will promptly contact you, providing details and suggesting an alternative accommodation of similar standard. If there is a difference in costs for this alternative lodging, we will inform you immediately and proceed with the necessary correction. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will consider this proposal as a booking confirmation; otherwise, you retain the right to withdraw from the contract without incurring any fees. A full refund is available within the specified timeframes.


Full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation. Incidental expenses must be settled directly with accommodation providers.

Cancellation Policies by Wave Soul

Cancellation policies are specified based on the timeframes provided. Wave Soul may cancel a reservation if the down payment is not received on time.

Terms and Conditions - General

Booking conditions are applicable to holidays with Wave Soul. If any part of these conditions becomes invalid, the remaining parts remain valid. The contract is deemed made at Wave Soul's offices, subject to Moroccan law.

Risk Acceptance / Entry Form

Before joining any activity, you must read and agree to our risk acceptance waiver. By booking with Wave Soul, you understand that all activities involve risks that may not be present in typical or less adventurous holidays. By accepting these risks, you acknowledge that your decision to participate is made after considering relevant information, and neither Wave Soul nor the service provider holds any liability.



Wave Soul acts as an agent and accepts no liability for injury, loss, damage, delay, or costs incurred. Some service providers may have additional conditions.

Rental of Watersports Equipment and Safety Responsibility

We offer the rental of various watersports equipment in good condition. Our courses are led by professional instructors. However, guests are solely responsible for their safety in and on the water, as well as for checking the equipment before use. 

Please note that we do not assume any liability for equipment-related failures and their consequences.

We actively prioritize safety by implementing numerous preventive measures and utilizing professional rescue equipment. However, the ultimate responsibility for personal safety rests with the guest.

Cancellation/Not Show for an Activity or Service Already Booked

Wave Soul does not refund or change pre-contracted activities or services if canceled during the stay or not attended.

Alterations to Your Holiday by Wave Soul

Wave Soul reserves the right to make minor changes to holidays. Clients will be advised of changes at the earliest possible date.
